  I informed the concreter that I would be paying for the concrete only once and for the job that I asked for and had a contract for. Concreter refused to remove and relay concrete again if I did not pay for it. Landscaper agreed to pay for the 3rd removal and laying of concrete...all good one might think and me the CONSUMER would be happy and get what I paid and asked for...but NO...concreter has held the job up for approx 6 weeks now and has reneged on the job and in a super professional manner (childish I would call it) refuses to answer calls or return calls when messages left. The man will access a property when you are home without a by or leave and will use toxic fuming chemicals without informing the home owner of his presence or what he is about to do..my question to him is "have you heard of asthma or chemical allergy" ..I had to leave my house until the smell subsided. I did not expect him to kiss my backside but a good morning I am here to treat the concrete would have been basic manners.

  This concreter is suppose to have years of experience especially around pool areas. The mistakes he has made at our place I could not even call rookie! The concrete had been layed and lifted, then layed again and now it has to be lifted.

  If you are after the most efficient, friendly concreters in town then these are your guys!! I would most certainly use again and recommend to anyone. Absolutely nothing is a hassle and brilliant quality work!!

  2nd incident and the one that really gets my back up and expose unprofessionalism of concreter...removed incorrectly layed area and relayed concrete...this time with the run off going into a huge dip that would increase the distance between the concrete level and bottom of pool fence causing breach of regulations and me the consumer not getting the pool area signed off!!

  I would never recommend this person..he does not give a dam about his quality control or people he comes into contact with. He blames others for his mistakes...what is the old saying "a bad workman always blames his tools"...well in this case I know who the tool is. In short...you pay thousands of dollars to be treated like a piece of fodder. NO MORE...this is not the end of it!

  1st incident...concrete layed so that the run off ran straight back into the patio and hence bedroom access to patio. Concreter blamed landscaper...umm I am no landscaper or concreter but even I knew this was wrong...if landscaper was concreter he would do concrete.
